• $90.00 per Solo, $135.00 per Duo, $195.00 per Trio
• Soloists will be divided by solo category, not by grade or school classification.
• All soloists must follow all safety rules and guidelines as set forth by UHSAA.  Penalties will be assessed.
• The Routines must not be less than 1 ½ minutes or more than 2 minutes.
• Deadline Oct 30th 2019. A $10.00 late fee will be added after that date by director’s approval.
• The Mustang Classic reserves the right to combine or delete categories to provide a competitive atmosphere.
• Final information will be sent to participants through email. 
• Make checks payable to Herriman High School.  All payments final, No Refunds!

The authorized legal representative jointly and severally hereby forever releases, discharges & acquits Mustang Classic, Herriman High School including Cheryl Martinez, Arial Larsen, and all their employees, agents from any and all claims for damages or injuries of any kind, nature or description resulting from Mustang Classic Competition.  This expressly includes, but is not limited to, any injury or damage caused by or resulting from the negligence of Mustang Classic Competition, Cheryl Martinez, Arial Larsen, etc.  I acknowledge the fact that certain types of injuries are common & inherent in dance-related activities.  This release included but is not limited to that type of injury.  This release shall be binding upon & inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns & personal representatives.
